Fill Incidents using only the Keyboard

This video will show you how to use the keyboard to quickly fill out forms without using the mouse.  Service Manager provides a couple of custom form controls designed to make data entry faster and easier: 1) the User Picker control and 2) the List Picker control.  In this video I’ll show you how to select items in those controls faster by using just the keyboard and not using the mouse.  Note: this video is done using the SP1 build of SCSM 2010 which is slightly different (improved). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1R7FxV8ZybE
